Do you offer any refunds?

We typically only offer refunds to customers who have been unable to access the website and its content due to technical faults of our own making or if we make a considerable change in our service offering to the point that the service offered is no longer equivalent to what the customer signed up for.

We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals in case the customer merely forgot to cancel their subscription or was unaware that the subscription would renew at the end of the billing period. The subscription terms are clearly stated to our customers ahead of time, and it is the responsibility of every user to ensure that they cancel their subscriptions if they do not want them to renew at the end of the billing period.

However, we handle this on a case-by-case basis, so if you feel you deserve a refund for any payment you have made to us, feel free to contact us with your concern and we will take it from there.
