For the week ending April 19th, 2019 we saw a hefty boost last week to 3.465 million barrels per day. This places our 4-week moving average at 2.689 Mbpd vs 2.491 Mbpd for EIA's three latest reports. The largest recipient (by far) was Canada, and even though Europe remains a popular destination, we spotted a VLCC depart for Rizhao, China.
